This time on the Couch: Mike, James, and Shée hitch a ride with the premiere issue of US 1! Ulysses Solomon "US" Archer loves the trucking life that he can't have, on account his being too much of a nerdy beta. Not content to pursue a life as a lowly engineering genius, US immediately gets into a horrible road accident that cracks his skull like an egg. Luckily, the miracle of comic book science puts some metal dodads in there, and the next thing you know US is hearing CB radio signals in his barely-functioning brain. For some reason. It's the only motivation he needs to go ahead and give the trucking life the old college try again, designing a futuristic supertruck to help him solve the pointless murder of his parents! Although it's possible that all of this has just been a cover so that he gets to blow that sweet horn. TOOT TOOOOOT!!!
